3D PDF Plans

As an aid to understanding our plans and to see how the go kart goes together we've developed a fully interactive 3D PDF model for download

This model runs in Adobe Reader (Version 10, or higher - free to download - see the link on this page). You can zoom and rotate the kart image and also make parts transparent. This feature is particularly useful to see how assemblies go together and is a great aid for building the go kart.

Below are a number of screen shots of the 3D model, the menu bar, in the top right and bottom left pictures, allows the kart image to be tumbled, rotated and spun (when the model is loaded in Adobe Reader). In addition, the format and lighting of the model can be changed.
